1. Who we are

AXOW LLC ("AXOW", "we", "us") is a marketing and sales company organized in Georgia, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit axowmarketing.com, contact us, or work with us. 2. What we collect

We do not ask for sensitive information (like health, financial account, or government ID numbers). Please do not send it through our form.
3. How we use it
In plain wordsTo answer you, to do the work you hire us for, to keep the site safe, and (if you allow it) to see how the site is used.
- To review your application, reply to you and schedule a call.
- To prepare proposals, deliver services, send invoices and project updates to clients.
- To keep the website secure and working (for example, blocking spam and abuse).
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site, only with your consent.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We use your phone number only to call you back about your request. We do not send marketing text messages. We will not add you to a mailing list without asking first, and every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
4. Who we share it with
In plain wordsWe never sell your information. A few trusted companies help us run the site and the business, and they can only use it to help us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf:
- Netlify: hosts this website, receives contact form submissions and filters spam.
- Google Workspace: our business email, where form notifications and your emails arrive.
- Google Analytics: measures site visits, only if you accept analytics cookies. We turned off Google signals and ad personalization.
- Stripe: processes payments for clients.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business (the new owner would have to respect this policy).
5. Cookies and tracking signals
In plain wordsNo tracking cookies unless you click "Accept". If your browser sends a privacy signal, we treat it as "No".
We only use analytics cookies if you accept them. Details are in our Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a rejection of analytics cookies and do not load Google Analytics, unless you later choose "Accept" yourself.
6. How long we keep it
In plain wordsOnly as long as we need it. Then we delete it.
- Inquiries that do not turn into a project: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Client records (agreements, invoices, project communication): up to 7 years, for tax and legal reasons.
- Analytics data in Google Analytics: 14 months.
- Server logs: kept by Netlify for a short period under its own policies.
7. Your choices and rights
In plain wordsYou can ask us what we have about you, fix it, or delete it. Just email us. It is free.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information (unless we must keep it by law, for example invoices);
- stop contacting you, or withdraw a consent you gave (this does not affect what we did before).
To make a request, email hola@axowmarketing.com or call (678) 606-4687. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We answer within 30 days and we will never treat you differently for using your rights.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own direct marketing.
Visitors from the EU, UK or other countries with data protection laws: our legal bases are your consent (analytics cookies), steps you ask us to take before a contract and the contract itself (replying to you and providing services), our legitimate interests (security and running the business), and legal obligations. You also have the right to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
In plain wordsWe protect your data with secure connections and limited access. No system is perfect, so we will tell you if something goes wrong.
The site uses HTTPS encryption and security headers. Only people at AXOW who need your information to do their work can access it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
9. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU and UK). If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Where your data is stored
We are based in the United States and our service providers mainly store data in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is important, we will also show a notice on the website before it takes effect.
